Among the proposed decisions open for public comment is Proceeding R2311001, filed on January 15, 2026. This decision proposes revisions and updates to the Deaf and Disabled Telecommunications Program (California Connect). Another significant filing is Proceeding R2506019 from January 14, which addresses requirements for electric resource procurement for 2029-2032 and outlines portfolios for the transmission planning process in 2026-2027.
Proceeding C2508012, filed on January 13, presents a presiding officer decision dismissing a complaint.

Proceeding A2601004 involves a joint application by Brookfield Infrastructure Fund GPII, LLC; Rockpoint Gas Storage Inc.; Wild Goose Storage, LLC; and Lodi Gas Storage L.L.C. seeking authority under Public Utilities Code Section 854 to transfer indirect control of Wild Goose Storage and Lodi Gas Storage.
Southern California Edison Company submitted two separate applications: one (A2601005) seeks approval for its Energy Savings Assistance (ESA), California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE), Family Electric Rate Assistance (FERA) programs, and related budgets for program years 2028-2033; another (A2601007) requests a Woolsey Fire Recovery Bond Financing Order under Public Utilities Code Section 850 et seq.
The Public Advocates Office, The Utility Reform Network, and Mussey Grade Road Alliances jointly applied for rehearing of Resolution SPD-37 in Proceeding A2601006. Further Reach, Inc. also applied for rehearing of Resolution T-17898 in Proceeding A2601008.
Southern California Gas Company’s application in compliance with Decision 24-12-076 was filed as Proceeding A2601009 on January 15. San Diego Gas & Electric Company sought approval of low-income assistance programs with bridge funding through Proceeding A2601010 on January 16.
Two additional proceedings—C2512024 and C2512025—filed by Victor A. Muniz allege unauthorized changes to terms of service by Charter Fiberlink CA-CCO, LLC and Spectrum Mobile, LLC.
