The California Restaurant Association (CRA) has announced a new partnership with Locl, a platform that helps restaurants and foodservice businesses manage their online presence. This collaboration will provide CRA members with discounted access to Locl’s services.

According to the CRA, the partnership aims to make it easier for restaurants in California to optimize their Google Business Profiles, protect business information, and improve digital visibility through automation. The Locl platform offers features such as automated creation and scheduling of location-specific social posts, tools for responding to customer reviews, performance insights for marketing decisions, and synchronization of listings across 50 major search directories.

“This partnership supports CRA’s mission to advocate for the restaurant industry, provide meaningful resources, and help operators succeed. By offering access to Locl’s powerful digital tools, CRA is equipping members with new ways to enhance their online presence, reach more guests, and showcase the unique flavors, experiences, and hospitality that define California’s restaurant community,” stated the organization.

The collaboration is intended to help restaurant operators strengthen their connection with diners by improving how they appear in local searches and managing their reputation online.
