Lucie Morillon named communications representative at IAM Canadian Office

Lucie Morillon has been appointed as the new Communications Representative for the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) Canadian Office, with her role becoming effective on September 15, 2025. The announcement was made by IAM International President Brian Bryant.

Morillon brings more than eight years of experience in communications and marketing to the position. Her background spans work in non-profit organizations, as well as roles in both public and private sectors.

In her new capacity, Morillon will support the Canadian Office’s communications strategy. Her responsibilities include improving IAM’s digital presence, increasing engagement among members, and facilitating communication between districts and local chapters.

“I’m excited to be joining such a passionate and dedicated team, and I look forward to using my skills to support IAM members across Canada,” said Morillon. “Being part of an organization that champions workers’ rights and helps build stronger, fairer workplaces is truly inspiring, and I’m eager to contribute to this meaningful work.”
