The nomination process for the best catering company in Stanislaus County saw limited participation, with only 16 nominations submitted for nine different businesses. The poll organizer noted that this low turnout suggests many residents are seeking recommendations rather than offering them, which influenced the decision to include this category in the ongoing poll series.

The five caterers receiving the most nominations and advancing to the final voting round are KO.BBQ with seven nominations, Copper Spur Bar-B-Que with two, and Obvious Choice Catering, Nami-No Restaurant & Catering, and Dave’s Meat Service each with one nomination. Additional nominees included Food Fix Butcher & Baker, Smokin’ Roses BBQ, Ricky’s Tacos, and Skewers Kabob House.

Community members can now vote for their preferred caterer among the top five finalists. Voting will remain open until Sunday, December 21 at 5 p.m., and the winner will be announced on Monday.
