A home invasion armed robbery in Ceres led to a multi-agency police pursuit and the arrest of three suspects in Manteca, according to Ceres police.
The incident began late Saturday when three armed men were seen on a surveillance camera breaking into a home on the 3300 block of Zurich Lane. The homeowner was not present during the break-in and contacted 911 after observing the activity through her camera.

The pursuit ended in Manteca when the suspects abandoned their vehicle and ran on foot. Police tracked them to a residence on South Lincoln Avenue. The Ceres Police Department SWAT Team and Investigations Division led the operation, with support from the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department, Air 101, Modesto Area CHP, and Manteca Police Department.
“With the assistance of the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department, Air 101, Modesto Area CHP, and the Manteca Police Department, the three suspects were taken into custody shortly after 3 a.m. The suspects have not been identified.”
